Mission Loans is seeking mortgage professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment without losing focus on quality of work and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Client Relations Analyst, your primary mission is to assist your processing team in timely clearing underwriting conditions to ensure progression through all critical fulfillment milestones on loan transactions, ultimately leading on-time loan closings and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for assisting processing team (i) to facilitate timely progression through all critical fulfillment milestones on a loan transaction ultimately leading to loan package status of clear to close and (ii) in delivering a best-in-class customer experience
- Assist customer relationship manager in follow-up for necessary documentation to clear underwriting conditions such as homeowners’ insurance, condo documentation, homeowners’ association certifications, payoffs for liens, etc.
- Conduct required verifications with relevant third parties and document appropriate evidence
- Order credit supplements or rescores, as required
- Draw loan document packages
- Assist customer relationship manager to finalize complete and accurate packaging of the loan for submission to closing for initial closing disclosure and drawing closing document
- Operate with a goal to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations
- Operate in a manner that promotes loan quality and compliance with lending laws
- Maintain productivity and quality performance at or above required goals
- Perform other duties and projects, as assigned by management

Qualifications & Experience
- 1 year previous experience in mortgage industry or customer service related role, preferred but not required (we will train anyone with the right winning attitude!)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Experience with Empower, a plus
