Mission Loans is seeking experienced mortgage professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment without losing focus on quality of work and delivering an exceptional customer experience.  As a CD Specialist, your primary mission is to ensure initial closing disclosures are sent according to specifications as well as support the disclosure desk in sending redisclosures that meet TRID regulations; ultimately delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Must be able to process 24+ disclosure/redisclosure packages per day
  • Work within posted daily turn times consistently
  • Strong communication skills to support clear direction for internal and external clients
  • Accuracy: must be detail-oriented to maintain accuracy
  • Strong sense of urgency and initiative to get things done; Multi-task and flexible
  • Prepare and deliver initial disclosure packages within all disclosure compliance state and federal regulations
  • Prepare and deliver all re-disclosure loan estimates and initial closing disclosures within TRID regulations

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1+ years mortgage experience in high volume mortgage setting
  • Extensive knowledge with TRID guidelines
  • Thorough understanding of disclosure compliance
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with Empower or Byte, a plus
  • Bilingual (read, write, speak) in Spanish, a plus
